I have lived in Ireland, the UK and the US and travelled widely both at home and further afield. I’m delighted to put my professional experience and my years spent planning fantasy holidays to good use.
The first part of my career was spent in the hotel industry, and it gave me a perspective I carry into everything I do at Wilderness Private Travel. Working on the other side of hospitality taught me what we truly value in a travel experience. A comfortable bed, a good shower and genuine, warm service are the foundations of any great trip, whether you’re staying in a cosy guesthouse or a five star hotel. Layer in exceptional food and experiences that couldn’t happen anywhere else, and you have the makings of a trip they’ll never forget.

My Bucket List Itinerary
It wasn’t until I left Ireland that I truly understood how extraordinary our oysters are. There is something special about visiting a shellfish farm on our beautiful west coast, tasting oysters and mussels straight from the sea, and sitting down with the people who live and work in these remarkable places.
