Mini Bio
Cornish-born & bred, I’ve grown to love my home county and its quirks. After ten years in hospitality, it’s an absolute dream to be in an industry that I’m so passionate about now.
I love to spend my free time exploring places near and far, hunting down the best restaurants and cafes, and generally getting the most out of local experiences, no matter where I am.
Favourite Place to Play
You can’t beat heading out for a walk along the Cornish coastline. There’s an amazing contrast between the dramatic surf of the north coast and the sandy coves along the south coast.
My favourite walk along the shore is from Chapel Porth to Porthtowan – the beach is stunning – before enjoying a classic fish and chips, looking out to sea.
Even better is catching the sunset and watching the surfers on the horizon at Watergate Bay.
My Bucket List Itinerary
A private, curator-led evening within the historic vaults of the Natural History Museum, where guests are invited beyond the public galleries to explore extraordinary hidden collections. After-hours access lends the experience a wonderful sense of theatre and exclusivity, with rare specimens, untold stories and atmospheric passageways revealing the museum as few ever see it. The evening culminates in a private dinner beneath the magnificent blue whale skeleton.
